Dr. Ambrose is a highly experienced consultant and medical professional, boasting over 15 years of experience in healthcare consultancy. Dr. Muhwezi earned his Degree in Human Medicine and Surgery from Gulu University, followed by a Master’s in Public Health from Makerere University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Management and Leadership from Eaton Business School in the UAE.As a committed scientist, he firmly believes that every life is valuable.
Dr. Hillary Irimaso
Senior Consultant
Dr Hillary is a seasoned consultant with over 15 years of international experience in clinical practice, research, and leadership across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. Registered with the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners’ Council, Irimaso is also deeply involved in forensic psychiatry. His work aligns with Uganda’s evolving mental health legislation, focusing on criminal responsibility assessments, civil rights advocacy for mentally ill offenders, and court liaison services to ensure ethical, evidence-based evaluations.
David Onen

Onen David is a distinguished Consultant and Scholar with deep expertise in Anthropology, Gender, Forced Migration, and Development. Onen is a distinguished Consultant and Scholar with deep expertise in Anthropology, Gender, Forced Migration, and Development.He holds degrees in Social Science (Psychology and sociology) from Kyambogo University, Uganda, and Social Anthropology of Development from SOAS, University of London. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Germany.
